You will be responsible for developing business process documentation, training plans, creating, and maintaining training material and delivering training as required and involved in critical projects across the company.

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and deliver training programmes and initiatives to support business needs in an effective and timely manner
- Determine training requirements through Training Needs Analysis and working closely with relevant line managers
- Develop and liaise with management to maintain skills matric and populate on Cascade
- Maintain training and skills records on for Technology and Innovation team and extract data and produce reports as and when required
- Liaise with process owners to ensure that training content reflects user requirements and supports business needs
- Liaise with training participants to plan attendance and schedules
- Gather and analyse feedback from each training course via evaluation forms and discussions from participants and managers to evaluate training effectiveness and adapt training or materials as required
- Continually review and improve training content and methods to maximise training effectiveness
- Support onboarding and induction programme for all new starts to ensure effective transition in Technology and Innovation
- Support Training and Innovation Graduate training programme were required
- Manage our training calendar ensuring full completion within targeted timescales and providing timely and accurate updates to managers and senior leaders
- Additional duties may be required
Essential Criteria
- Experience in L&D role within a technology company or department
- Experience in liaising with training providers to scope the suitability of courses
- Proven experience of high attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desirable
- Professional L&D qualification
- Experience of delivering training
- Experience in providing training material for IT and business projects
