The Opportunity

The successful candidate will lead the Property and Recoveries offering in the firm’s Northern Ireland office.

Reporting to the Lead Partner, you will be responsible for developing the firms offering, delivering technical excellence and building new and existing client relationships to ensure the profitable growth of the business.

You will handle a caseload of Property/Recovery cases and manage and progress those claims in accordance with appropriate strategies to secure desired outcomes for clients.

The Person

The duties will include:

• Devising case handling strategies that build a compelling Property & Recoveries proposition in the jurisdiction.
• Managing service delivery of Property & Recoveries work.
• Developing and maintaining key and new client relationships that introduce or strengthen the firms profile in this work
• Delivery of agreed activities and targets linked to the sales/growth plans for the office
• Assist in increasing the profile of the firm in the marketplace (which may include the production of marketing information including articles/blogs, delivering training/seminars etc)
• Contribution to relevant contract tender submissions
• Handling own caseload within agreed performance metrics (chargeable hours and billing)
• Undertaking periodic reviews of files in line with Client requirements and Lexcel standards
• Meeting agreed performance targets
• To ensure compliance with the LSNI guidelines
• Adhere to the firms established values
