The company
Our client is an international law firm who are operating a new function in Belfast City Centre
and are seeking to recruit a Legal Administrator (multiple opportunities) to join their growing team.
This is an excellent new opportunity for an individual who is proactive, organised and has a high
attention to detail. You will provide administrative support to their team and ensure that all
duties are carried out efficiently. This is a chance to be part of an exciting function that could
develop and scale up over time.

Responsibilities
Provide general administration duties, photocopying, scanning etc.
Dealing with high volume of email queries
Dairy management
Using the company’s internal systems to update records and input data
Preparation of high-quality documents
Assisting with correspondence and administration tasks
Proactive support across all other departments on a need’s basis
Filing/records management
Requirements
- Office experience required.
- Must be able to achieve basic proficiency in MS Office.
- Must have the ability to work well with a team and independently.
- Proactive with the ability to multitask
