Position: Legal Administration Assistant

Role Overview: Primary responsibility will involve providing essential administrative support to the fee earners within the team.

Key Duties:

• Effective management of documentation, including tasks like document scanning, printing, e-filing, and updating of fee earner records.

• Conducting general administrative tasks such as managing Mimecast, planning diaries, scheduling meetings, handling emails, and overseeing file operations.

• Ensuring compliance with both manual and electronic filing systems.

• Researching and condensing legal information for easy reference.

• Initiating the opening and closing procedures for files.

• Managing correspondence issuance.

• Collaborating with relevant fee earners to facilitate seamless file processes.

• Assisting in the preparation of legal documents.

• Contributing to accounting and billing tasks.

• Maintaining open communication within the team and providing regular updates.


Ideal Candidate:


• Required – Current engagement in a dynamic legal role.


Skills & Proficiencies:

• Demonstrates strong organizational capabilities, excels in prioritization, and consistently meets deadlines even under time limitations.

• Displays autonomy in task execution while maintaining effective teamwork.

• Possesses excellent proficiency in PDF, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Communicates effectively and adeptly follows directions.

• Exhibits exceptional precision and accuracy, particularly in audiotyping tasks.
