Role
This role is mainly responsible for the support of one of their key practice areas:
– The management of documentation – scanning and printing of documentation, e-filing and updating of files
– General administration
– Adhering to all electronic and manual filing systems
– Contacting of counsel, solicitors and other parties on behalf of clients
– Dealing with telephone calls and assisting clients
– Researching and summarising legal information
– Issuing correspondence
– Preparation of legal documents for issue to court office
The Ideal Person

Desirable |
– At least 1 years’ experience working in a similar role – Knowledge of chronologies, specifically medical notes |
– Audiotyping or secretarial qualification – Experience working within a professional services environment |
