Your key responsibilities will include:

Assisting with development and management of strategy, plans and budgets

– You will feed into the strategy and assist in research, creation, and day-to-day delivery of marketing plans. Ensuring delivery is on time and within budget. Adhere to the budgeting process and keep the marketing budget for your allocated area or project up-to-date.

Creating and activating campaigns and content – Working with marketing colleagues, sales, and subject-matter experts across the business to create, or support the creation of, campaigns and marketing content to drive brand awareness and generate leads to feed sales. Ensuring effective implementation of campaigns across a variety of channels to achieve objectives. Utilising a range of techniques including eDM, automation/nurtures, webinars, organic and paid social media, SEO/search, digital advertising, and physical events.

Contributing to reporting, accountability, and ROI – Actively contributing to marketing effectiveness and ROI reporting on campaigns and activities, via evaluation, analysis and a transparent approach.

Developing strategic alliances with Partners and agencies

– You will develop and foster strong relationships with key partners like Microsoft and AWS. You will liaise with external stakeholders and agencies to ensure effective delivery.

Working as part of a team – you will proactively work and collaborate as part of the marketing team to deliver against overall OKRs. Supporting and coaching junior colleagues in areas of expertise as needed and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders of all levels across the business.

essential requirements :

Good relevant experience in marketing, preferably B2B

Professional qualification in marketing or studying towards (e.g. CIM)

Experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive business results and meet objectives

Experience of marketing techniques including eDM, automation/nurtures, webinars, organic and paid social media, SEO/search, digital advertising, and physical events; willingness to develop further expertise

Experience of working with sales teams to generate leads to fuel pipeline / subject-matter experts to generate communications and brand content

Some experience of using CRM and marketing automation

A self-starter who is highly motivated, confident, focussed, disciplined with a drive to succeed, whilst upholding company values

A proven ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment; can-do attitude

 

Show resilience and persistence with the ability to learn from mistakes plus guidance and coaching from colleagues

Capable manging own workload while operating in a highly competitive and pressurised environment while meeting deadlines in accordance with business requirements

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Ability to cultivate ideas, utilising creative writing while holding to branding and messaging direction and strategy

Ability to think ‘outside the box’

Comply with all confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and/or agreements and ensure security of information at all times.

Desirable:

Experience of FS&I (Financial Services & Insurance) sector is highly desirable

Degree or Higher in Marketing, Communications, or a similar, relevant discipline

Understanding of generating leads and managing them through to qualification

Knowledge or experience in the technology industry and basic understanding of trends
