Abacus are recruiting for recent graduates who are passionate about marketing and who are eager to develop their skillset.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Marketing Team to align objectives and deliver strong marketing initiatives to support business targets
• Assist with research for business development, conferences, and business planning exercises
• Assist with internal and external events, including preparing mailing lists, invitations and supporting materials
• Assist on pitch documents and credential statements for new or existing clients
• Update website, working with other teams to upload publications and news items, and assisting in organising related social media posts
• Assist with the creation and distribution of client updates using the company’s email marketing tool
• Assist with the formatting of client facing materials
• Capture and update experience databases, to support business development activity
• Assist with the maintenance of various marketing systems including the global experience, proposals and contacts databases, CVs, and collateral module

What you will need to have

• Graduate degree, preferably Business or Marketing
• 1 year’s marketing experience, either a placement year or post grad experience
• Strong research skills
• Excellent writing and attention to detail
• Ability to process and analyse data
• Good knowledge of all social media platforms
• Strong IT skills
