The Marketing Manager is responsible for the implementation of an effective marketing plan across Australasia and MEA markets, to drive the development of the market focuses and Custom Care in the region ensuring all marketing efforts and investment support the company’s overall strategy and goals.

The role requires someone who is highly organised and methodical in their approach and someone who is 100% focused on relationship development with prospects, customers, influencers as well as internal stakeholders. Activities will include research and understanding of the target audience, effective planning and implementation of the marketing strategy, and delivery of all activity in region with the support of the in-house and partner agency teams. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will work alongside the Business Development team, on the origination of sales presentations, marketing & promotion activities, leads management, updating systems, arranging and facilitating meetings to producing accurate monthly reports, management of digital footprint in collaboration with Digital Marketing Manager and in line with marketing strategies.


Strategic planning

Origination and implementation of an effective marketing plan to deliver on regional market focuses and targets, to include all bookings.

Research markets and monitor market trends and competitor activity within and identifying potential areas in which to invest based upon the regional opportunities that are realised.

To provide all ad hoc administrative support for Regional Managers & their respective teams.

To represent the interests of the sales team at various stakeholder meetings internally and externally.

Work with third party agencies to deliver where necessary

Ensure all activity is on time and within budget.

Campaigning & PR

Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, trade magazines, journals, newspapers, and industry associations in regions and build and maintain database of contacts in order to leverage relevant opportunities

Manage the distribution of all advertising and PR for the market in conjunction with internal and external agency support.

Manage & implement content development and owned digital channels in conjunction with Digital Marketing.

Manage all customer communications through eMarketing and direct mail in conjunction with the Digital Marketing.

Develop project case studies as and when new projects are completed and secure the relevant approvals from customers/partners.

Organise production of project videos and manage the distribution of same through agreed channels.

Manage attendance and speaking opportunities at all external events to include exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, masterclasses, technical presentations, and open day events.

Manage consistent presentation of all literature, electronic media, site personnel and vehicles and promotional merchandise.

Champion the region’s impact to the internal audience.

Customer Relationship Management

Manage accurate and up-to-date customer database using company systems, supporting the wider business.

Manage accurate and up-to-date prospects database using company systems in conjunction with the wider business.


Prepare & deliver monthly reports, outlining progress against marketing & Business Development success metrics and KPIs.

Ensure you are building consistency across the region in developing pipelines/opportunities to be used in building Business Development forecasts, as well as in the creation of dashboards/reports for both senior management as well as Business Development management.

Adaption of plans based on market, company, customer insights & evaluation.


Adhere to company policy and practice.

Carry out any other duties within reason and capability associated with this role.


The successful candidate will:

Have more than 3 years marketing experience at Marketing Manager level, in a global organisation.

Hold a relevant business or marketing qualification, or a business-related discipline.

Have experience researching target markets and gleaning insights to help inform strategy.

Be a creative problem solver, able to demonstrate performance and impact through marketing.

Be fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

PR/communications writing & engagement experience – especially technical and thought leadership content.

Be skilled in networking, presenting, and negotiating, with the ability to liaise at all levels within an organisation.

Have excellent organisational skills to ensure deadlines are met. Be attentive to detail.

Be computer literate with all Microsoft Office applications.

Be highly driven with a positive “can do” attitude, motivating those around you while also happy to be the enthusiastic self-starter working on own initiative.

Hold a valid driving licence.

Be flexible around working hours due to time zones and have the ability to travel within Australasia and MEA regions.


B2B marketing experience.

Digital & social marketing experience.

Brand development experience.

Experience of marketing production – design, video, photography, mixed reality, events.

Any additional languages, and especially French, Arabic, Turkish.
