Messaging Support Analyst – GLOBAL LAW FIRM

This Top Global Law Firm is looking for Messaging Support Analyst to join there ever-growing IT team based right here in Belfast. With the opportunity to provide IT Support to some of the Top lawyers and partners all-round the globe, from New York to Sydney to Dubai and many more.  Responsibilities

• Administration and support of Microsoft Exchange Server and Exchange Online.
• All messaging flow services – Mimecast; ClearSwift.
• Support of Microsoft Outlook add-ins.
• Providing technical expertise for projects where required.
• Administration and support of the entire suite of M365 applications – Office 365 (Word/PowerPoint/Excel/OneNote); MS Teams; OneDrive; SharePoint Online.
• Collaboration tools used in the firm – Cisco Jabber (client side); Cisco WebEx; Zoom; Slack; Arkadin; Mural; Condeco.
• Document tools – Adobe Acrobat suite; Litera suite; Templafy.
• Packaging, configuration, deployment, patching of software.

What you need

• Minimum 2/3 years IT experience with at least 1 years experience in a 3rd line role supporting the technologies listed in this job description.
• Experience working within the professional services sector with an appreciation of the demands placed on support teams by the business.
• Technical expert within this discipline and excellent all-round technologist.
• Detailed practical knowledge of the operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure and services within a Microsoft technology environment.
• Commitment to rapidly resolve incidents using a logical and structured approach to problem solving.
• A recognised M365 accreditation is preferred
