Abacus are assisting with the recruitment of an enticing position(s) in in a firm that are looking to attract Paralegal(s) to join an award-winning global legal business, across our nationwide offices.

The successful candidate(s) will join our Real Estate Team within our Legal Advisory Division. The main function of this job is to support the operational functioning of the Real Estate Practice Area, providing a high standard of service delivery to both internal and external clients. Acting for a range of property developers, retailers and housing executives across Northern Ireland and Mainland U.K.

The Ideal Person

• Law graduate with a Law degree (2:1 or above) or a postgraduation qualification in law, with a minimum of 3 A-Levels (Ideally at grade B and above).
• Ability to review, analyse and organise documentary and factual evidence.
• Excellent attention to detail; aims to get it right the first time.
• Aptitude for learning (and becoming proficient in) the use of software and IT applications, and using research terms intelligently to navigate large databases/document management.
• Office based experience
• Ability to maintain working relationships internally and externally
