Abacus Professional Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part time Payroll Administrator for a company based in Belfast. The role is for 20 hours a week

Key responsibilities include

  • Processing payroll on a weekly basis
  • Keeping the system updated with appropriate data
  • Be the point of contact for any employee that has a queries regarding wages
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures
  • Ensure all payslips are issued in a timely manner
  • processing reports for manager to review

Essential criteria

  • 2 years experiance in a similar role
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Experience using sage payroll software
  • Flexible approach and able to prioritise workload
  • Excellent communication skills
