Do you have experience of working as a Patent Attorney and are currently looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and highly regarded practice? Our client, a leading law firm known for protecting and enhancing businesses’ most important assets, is seeking a Patent Attorney to join their growing team.

This client works closely with a number of top businesses, helping them safeguard and elevate their ideas, people, brand, and future. With numerous offices internationally they would be widely complimented on their unique culture, market-leading practice areas, and clever business approach.

The Opportunity:

You will join a substantial and successful Intellectual Property practice and play a key role as a Patent Attorney.   The practice group is recognised by Chambers and Legal 500 in various IP-related fields including trade mark filing and prosecution, IP litigation, advertising, brand management, sport, and media and entertainment.

What should you offer?:

Ideally offer 3 yrs PQE UK and/or European Patent Attorney experience (ideally, with a background in software / electrical technologies).

Solid experience in UK, EPO, and international Patent matters

Knowledge and experience of drafting, filing and prosecution of software/electrical Patents.

Great communication skills

A flexible and highly organised approach to work.

A degree in either of the following physics, computer science, engineering (or a similar related field)
