We are looking for a candidate with 4 or more years’ experience in payroll processing with natural leadership skills and proven experience in building and maintaining strong professional relationships.

Job Description – Payroll Manager

• Responsibility for the accurate and timely processing of 100+ clients in UK & ROI.
• Managing a team of 3 payroll officers.
• Mentoring and training staff within the team.
• Assisting client finance function with reports and journals.
• Assisting internal accounts team with payroll related queries and reports.
• Processing BACS payments.
• Submission of pension deductions to various pension providers.
• Provide consultancy on payroll and related legislation to firms’ clients.
• Provide excellent levels of service and build strong client relationships.
• Responsibility for preparing client bills & relevant follow-up.
• Updating and implementing new procedures as and when required.
