Belfast-based Chartered Accountants is seeking a junior Payroll Technician to join their team.

If you are looking for a new challenge within your career, this Payroll technician role offers an amazing opportunity to assist the payroll supervisor and manager and to expand your knowledge into other areas of the business financially, such as book-keeping and accounts.  You will be joining a highly motivated and professional team, who value their colleagues and support their staff. 

This opportunity is based in Belfast and are office based. 

Payroll Technician – The Role

–          To administer the firm’s payroll bureau for all clients

–          Ensuring all deadlines are met and accuracy is maintained.

–          Ensure all employer reports are prepared and submitted on time.

–          Assist with additional client reporting requirements.

–          Ad hoc and project-based tasks.

Payroll Technician – The Person

–          Must have thorough attention to detail and work to a high standard

–          Must want to have an interest and get to know other parts of the business

–          Must have either:

• 1+ years’ experience in Payroll, OR
• Qualification in Payroll

–          Must want to be part of a team that supports one another.
