What will you be doing?

• Providing expertise in people research through quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and interpreting and presenting results to help support talent decisions at all stages
• Analysing data to drive improvements in areas such as Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, Engagement & Early Careers
• Preparing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual comparison reports, with analysis and identification of GAPs and Opportunities.
• Support the Early Careers team with projects and activities
• Supporting the creation of a social media plan for the team’s activities and the creation of content
• Providing statistics on Talent & Development for monthly board reports

The Essentials:

• 2-3 years’ experience in data analysis
• High degree of IT literacy (advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must)
• Experience manipulating large volumes of data
• Ability to work on confidential and sensitive matters with discretion
• Strong presentation skills
• Full driving licence – you may be required to travel to different sites

Desirable:

• Experience within a manufacturing company
• Experience with a multi-site organisation
