• Giving your expertise in people research and data analysis to influence talent decisions
• Leading people research projects from client engagement right through to delivery using systematic data gathering and analytical techniques
• Building relationships and collaborating with Data Architects and Engineers to ensure data integrity

What do you need?

• A third level qualification in a relevant discipline
• Experience in people research, data analysis and reporting
• Experience in the likes of Tableau, SQL, PowerQuery, Power Apps, SPSS, R, Python, Power BI
• The ability to work independently
• Experience in business/process analysis and experience in a professional services organisation
• Knowledge of data privacy law
