Abacus Temporary Staffing are delighted to be supporting our client, a local not for profit organisation who have been in existence within our local community for over 20 years as they seek to appoint a temporary Personal Assistant to join their team.
As the personal assistant you will provide dedicated, professional and proficient clerical support to the Chief Executive and undertake secretarial duties for the board.
You will be responsible for all internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO, thus ensuring the highest degree of accuracy and professionalism is always upheld. Organisational skills and knowhow are of paramount importance within this role as well as previous diary management experience.
