They are open 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday 9am to 1pm
Shifts are varied, across a working week of up to 35 hours, primarily working remotely from home with some office-based duties as and when required.
Both full and part-time positions are available. 

The Ideal Candidate
A passion for working with people, and is customer focused
You’re flexible, adaptable and a team player but can work independently with minimal supervision.
You are computer literate with experience in Microsoft applications
You can communicate clearly and transparently, ideally with telephony experience

Essential Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 5 GCSE’s at Grade C or above, including Maths and English, or equivalent qualification
AND
At least 2 years’  experience within a target driven sales role OR 2 years customer advisory experience 

Desirable Criteria
Previous Insurance, Call Centre or Financial Services experience
