The Abacus Group is currently assisting our global professional services client with the recruitment of an Administrator to support a senior level team in Belfast.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a busy HR team within a leading organisation, who truly have a global presence and a excellent reputation in their field. They now require an experienced Administrator to assist the wider resourcing team, while also providing PA and administrative support to the PMU team.

The Role:

  • Seeking panel availability for interviews
  • Arranging all interview logistics with candidates and panel
  • Liaising with colleagues regarding completion and review of candidate paperwork
  • Compiling associated papers for the Equity Committee
  • Maintaining up to date lateral hire records, reports and tracker
  • Update and maintenance of relevant sections of partner intranet
  • Update of associated documents / brochures
  • Admin support for RRM process – maintenance of eligibility spreadsheet, producing financial summaries
  • Admin support for Partner Review and Equity Progression processes
  • Providing responses to the daily ad-hoc queries received by the PMU
  • Providing support to senior Administrator in London in respect of tracking voting registers, preparing partner paperwork, updating tracker, sending change notifications etc
  • Running reports for the team
  • Ad hoc PA support for Senior teams
  • Maintenance of online filing systems
  • Liaison with local HR support as appropriate

The Person:

  • Experience of providing support at Partner or equivalent level
  • Experience in HR role preferably within a professional services environment
  • Highly professional with proven experience to provide an exemplary administrative service
  • Strong professional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong IT technical skills – intranet design experience would be useful
  • Attention to detail essential and a proven ability to proof read documents to ensure they are delivered to the appropriate high standard
