Abacus is keen to appoint a Private Client Solicitor with a passion for working with high-net-worth individuals and delivering bespoke estate and succession planning advice. Our client, a prestigious Belfast-based law firm with an outstanding reputation in the private client space, is seeking a talented Private Client Solicitor (indicative level of 2–4 years PQE) to join their expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value matters for an exclusive client base including business owners, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth families. You will also develop with one of the market leading partners in this niche.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on succession planning, inheritance tax, and wealth preservation strategies.
• Drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Administering complex estates and handling associated tax matters
• Building long-term relationships with clients and professional advisers

What You’ll Need:

• c. 2–4 years PQE with a strong grounding in private client law
• Experience working with HNWI or exposure to high-value estates and trusts
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear, practical advice
• A proactive, client-focused approach with commercial awareness
