THE TEAM:

This firm is now keen to attract applications from experienced solicitors wishing to join a successful Procurement team. The team advises extensively on all aspects of public procurement, competition and procurement challenges. The team is extremely well regarded not only within NI, but further afield. The team has an enviable roster of public and private sector clients.

THE ROLE:

For the right candidate, this role offers an opportunity to join a busy and friendly team. You will be someone who has a true passion for this area of law who wants to continue to build a career practicing in this area. The successful candidate will be encouraged to build up client relationships and will be given the support needed to develop the practice area and grow the team.

The right candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Experience of at least 3yrs PQE gained in a large, commercial firm or a niche practice specialising in procurement law (although candidates outside this PQE level will also be considered);
• Previous experience in any or all of the following areas: public procurement, competition/antitrust law
• Enthusiastic, personable and a team player;
• Strong communication skills and demonstrable ability to forge strong relationships with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders;
• Excellent academic background.
