Our client is a highly impressive, legal practice with their offices in the heart of Belfast.   Currently in continued growth mode, they are looking to expand their team with the addition of an experienced Commercial Property solicitor.

The firm prides itself on providing an exceptional level of client service and high quality technical expertise to clients across NI/ROI and beyond.

Joining this top tier ranked firm, you will ideally offer previous experience of working on a range of Property sales, lease, site and land acquisition and disposal matters preferably with your experience gained within a large, niche or busy firm.  You will also have experience of practicing within ROI. 

You will be working as part of a busy but highly supportive team that regularly advises, drafts and negotiates on a range of matters relating to sales and acquisitions, commercial leases, real estate finance, construction and projects.

In keeping with the firm’s culture, you will be a great communicator, be a team player, be driven by quality standards and be motivated by success.  A desire to want to grow and progress withing the firm can also be supported, especially if you are comfortable when it comes to networking (virtual and ‘real life’) and business development.
