Abacus is keen to hire a Real Estate role who is keen on quality work, proper client exposure, and a better work-life balance. We’re hiring for a leading Belfast firm with a strong pipeline of commercial property work and a reputation for treating their people well. They’re growing and want a commercially minded Real Estate Solicitor to join and grow with the team.
 
Role
You’ll work across a broad range of commercial property matters — acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development work.
The client base is strong, giving you exposure to high-value transactions and long-term projects rather than repetitive volume work.
You’ll be trusted to handle your own caseload while also supporting on larger, more complex deals.
There’s plenty of client interaction, so you’ll quickly build relationships and develop your commercial approach.
 
Requirements
You’ll be dual qualified (NI and England & Wales or ROI) with 2–5 years’ PQE in commercial property. This is indicative and we welcome all engagement.
You’ll need strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions at once.
A practical, solutions-focused mindset is key — clients value clear, commercial advice.
Confidence in dealing with clients and working as part of a team is essential.
