This impressive practice is currently recruiting for a Real Estate Solicitor to join the team. It is a large law firm with a fantastic modern office in Belfast City Centre equipped with excellent ICT infrastructure and a healthy marketing brand. THE RIGHT PERSON:

The successful Lawyer will ideally have gained experience in a city or large regional practice. Being an effective communicator, the suggested criteria for suitability includes:

• Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with 1-3 years’ PQE within the real estate practice of a reputable law firm
• Commercial awareness and excellent technical knowledge of real estate transactional work
• Experience of drafting real estate documents, to include landlord and tenant, lease and title review due diligence.
