Real Estate Solicitor – Jnr Solicitor / Associate. 

An established commercial law firm in Belfast is keen to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing real estate team. This role offers the chance to work with leading clients on some of the most complex and exciting property deals in the region. You will work on a varied range of transactions such as:

• Advising on property development deals across various industries e.g. retail and hospitality, commercial office development, agriculture, energy and infrastructure.
• Investment deals, property acquisition/disposals
• Real estate finance and asset management and more.

You will operate on behalf of leading developers and public bodies and also work closely with other departments in the firm and 3rd party specialist professional e.g. surveyors. The client is keen to appoint solicitors:

• Qualified as a solicitor in NI and ideally dual qualified (ROI/E&W/Scotland).
• Experienced in commercial property at junior or mid-level (e.g. 1-5 yrs PQE, indicative).
• Confident, autonomous but team player and highly ambitious.
