THE RIGHT PERSON:

This client has an impressive track record advising on a range of extremely high value property developments across the UK. Clients include retailers, developers, funders, investors and local authorities.

The firm can consider all levels of experience, from NQ and upwards – Although not essential, experience of working within a similar environment would be preferred. You can expect to handled a range of residential and commercial property work, including site acquisitions, development sales, and commercial acquisitions and disposals.

In addition to offer some technical skills, you will also have strong commercial awareness and the ability to forge strong working relationships with others.
