Regulatory Solicitor (Health & Safety)

We are working with a leading national law firm, who are recruiting for a regulatory solicitor to join their widely renowned team in Belfast.

Ideally, you will be a Solicitor who sits in between the 1-4 years PQE range, although the client can be fleixlble.  Your experience will be gained within a regulatory, or criminal and / or commercially focused environment.

Ideally, you will also have some experience of advising on regulatory work which may include any combination of the following: health and safety incident investigations, interviews under caution, prosecutions, environmental breaches, breaches of trading standards, food law and/or fire safety.

The role involves working on a varied case load of contentious and non-contentious regulatory issues, with exposure to high-value work.
