Job Description:

The sales & marketing executive will be responsible for the management of key sales accounts. Customer accounts are located in the UK, Europe and beyond so knowledge of exporting and relevant documentation is essential.  Assist with monthly forecast planning, order processing, invoicing and completion of export paperwork.  Upselling to current customers and dealing with new enquires to covert to sales will be part of your role. 

You will be responsible for:

Account management of a portfolio of export customers, in UK, EU and rest of the world, providing good customer service at all times.

Recording information accurately to ensure MRP systems are updated, and orders are processed through production to ensure customers receive goods and delivery as planned.

Promoting and marketing products online and creating material for website content.

Gathering market and customer information to understand customer requirements.

Using the full mix of traditional & digital marketing for the company’s communications.

Essential Criteria

Marketing experience.

Two years’ exerience in a customer account management role.

Experience of exporting goods outside Europe.

Degree in a business-related subject.

Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.  

Ability to analyse data and present findings.

Must be adept in using MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Desirable Criteria

Foreign language.

Good Interpersonal and communications skills.
