Client:

  • Abacus Group are working with a leading alternative investment firm as they look to add a Sales Support Administrator to join their growing team. Our client has taken on a lot of market share lately and they are keen to add a dynamic, enthusiastic member to the team.

Role:

  • Raising documents for all types of hire agreements to send to the customer or sales person
  • Proof reading all documents to ensure all information is present and correct before sending to pay-out
  • Conduct personal and business searches using Equifax for Sales’ prospective customers
  • Ensuring the CRM system is up to date so that the pipeline is accurate
  • Running reports and carrying out data cleanses for audit purposes
  • Tracking deals throughout all stages of life

Personal attributes:

  • Financial Services experience within a customer service capacity.
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to work
  • Willing to get involved in all aspects of sales process
  • Good communication skills
  • Understanding of numeracy, or willingness to learn
  • Good sense of humour and a team spirit
