Client:
- Abacus Group are working with a leading alternative investment firm as they look to add a Sales Support Administrator to join their growing team. Our client has taken on a lot of market share lately and they are keen to add a dynamic, enthusiastic member to the team.
Role:
- Raising documents for all types of hire agreements to send to the customer or sales person
- Proof reading all documents to ensure all information is present and correct before sending to pay-out
- Conduct personal and business searches using Equifax for Sales’ prospective customers
- Ensuring the CRM system is up to date so that the pipeline is accurate
- Running reports and carrying out data cleanses for audit purposes
- Tracking deals throughout all stages of life
Personal attributes:
- Financial Services experience within a customer service capacity.
- Attention to detail
- Proactive approach to work
- Willing to get involved in all aspects of sales process
- Good communication skills
- Understanding of numeracy, or willingness to learn
- Good sense of humour and a team spirit
