What does your new job involve?

• Help to lead and mentor the team, alongside the Team Lead
• The creation and maintenance of data pipeline architecture
• Developing solutions using technologies including Python, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, data visualisation tools and more
• The installation of database systems, scaling to multiple machines and writing complex queries
• Operational support of the Customer Data Platform

The Essentials:

• Advanced working knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational database and query authoring
• Technical knowledge of Python or PySpark
• Experience of three or more of the following tech:

–          Azure Synapse

–          SQL Server RDMS including SSIS, SSRS, SSAS

–          Azure Databricks

–          Azure Data Factory

–          Qlikview

–          Power BI

• Experience of building and optimising ‘big data’ pipelines

Desirable:

• Knowledge of agile delivery practices
• Experience of HVR from Fivetran
• Azure Data Certification
• Experience of deploying solutions through development pipeline
