As a Senior Finance Assistant, you will ensure the timely and accurate processing of transactions and excellent customer service within the finance revenue department.

The Revenue team are tasked with optimizing working capital through revenue processes such as billing and accounts receivable management. The role requires the ability to analyse data, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience in a credit control, accounts receivable or billing / eBilling role.

Experience & Skills:

We are looking for someone with min. two years’ experience in a credit control role, with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

  • Experience & awareness of working with customers across differing countries and cultures.
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven record within a Collections, AR, Billing or similar role.
  • Ability to apply technical knowledge and understand and identify solutions to technical issues.
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills with an aptitude to understand new concepts quickly.

  • Office Location: Belfast
  • Working Model: Office or Hybrid (3 days in the office per week & 2 days WFH)
  • Regular Working Pattern: 2pm to 10.30pm Monday – Friday, Full Time
  • Contract: Permanent
