Currently liaising with a leading Ni Top 50 firm who going through a massive period of growth and are seeking to add 6 Qualified Accountants to the team, I have placed people in this role at the start of 2021 and they have gone on to become managers within 6 months. Salary – £35,000 – £52,000

–          Above market bonus scheme

–          Hybrid working model

Role and responsibilities:

–          Build and maintain relationship with Key Stakeholders

–          Oversee a small team (part quals etc)

–          Producing business plans and annual budgets

–          Monthly analysis of financial and KPI performance

–          Identify and implement process improvements

What do we look for?

–          Qualified Accountant

–          Managed a team

–          Liaised or present to directors or stakeholders (desirable)

–          Competent excel

–          Key eye for process improvement
