Role:

Our client is looking for a collaborative, inquisitive and technical professional like you to fulfil the role of Senior Analyst within the Global Human Resources Compensation and Analytics team. You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues from around the world and gain exposure to HR data and practices across different geographies. You will create innovative solutions in support of the dynamic business strategy and manage established HR analytical processes. Responsibilities include working with internal partners and clients to execute initiatives and creatively solve people-related data and compensation challenges. You will interact directly with HR business partners on a regular basis to ensure they are getting the data they need and collecting requirements for future enhancements.

Your specific responsibilities would include:

  • Support internal projects to design, build, implement and test reports and dashboards in MS Power BI, while managing access to PowerBI and the distribution of PowerBI reports
  • Support testing of data and reports in HR Reporting tool due to changes related to Workday implementation.
  • Design, develop, and maintain proprietary compensation system enhancements and bug fixes
  • Contribute to team projects and assist teammates with various ad-hoc reporting/analytics requests as workloads dictate.
  • Support team during annual HR processes including year-end compensation, promotions, and performance management as needed based on workload and team resources
  • Ensure timely delivery and production of work that meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Provide an excellent customer experience on every contact with HR partners, key stakeholders, and employees

Is this you?

  • Strong Power BI, MS Excel, MS Access, and PowerPoint skills required
  • Experience with Prudential Human Resources systems: Workday, Power BI, or other data analytics tools a plus.
  • Willingness to learn or enhance knowledge of coding languages such as SQL and VBA
  • Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and ability to see the big picture
  • Able to manage work in a high-volume and fast-paced environment, juggle multiple priorities and flexible to work extended hours as needed.
  • Highly motivated and action-oriented with strong creative problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Financial services industry and/or global experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5 pm GMT (flexibility is required with these hours).
