03 August, 2023The position will be part of the team responsible for the IT infrastructure across a global network of divisions through many different sites, providing a great experience as you will be acting as the cornerstone of the companies IT Solutions. Aspects of the role
- Championing the support and compliance management system and encouraging personnel to do the same
- Developing personnel awareness of product compliance obligations
- You’’ play an important part in decisive actions from concerns or internal audits.
What we are looking for:
- +5 years experience in IT Infrastructure is ideal.
- You’ll have wonderful networking experience across a number of years
- Be the go-to for windows stack solutions
- Office 365 and Windows Servers
- Hardware expert in APs/Cabling/Routing/Switches
- A Master of Security protection in firewalls
- Management tools, InTune/MECM (SCCM)
- WAN infrastructure, Ethernet/MPLS/PPPoE/SD-WAN/VPN
- Microsoft SaaS, Exchange/OneDrive/SharePoint/Teams
- Hypervisors & IaaS, Azure/Hyper-V/VM-Ware
- Telephony, Cloud & IP Telephony/Conference Equipment/ISDN/PBX
- Asset management
- IIS/RDS/SQL
- Mobile devices, Android/iOS
Responsibilities:
- Hardware and software support across multiple sites
- Day-to-day administration and ongoing maintenance of IT support and communication systems
- Expert hardware and software installations with regular maintenance
- Continuous improvement of IT provision and end-user service
- Adequate supply of computer consumables and equipment
- Liaison with external IT systems and product suppliers
- Proactive handling of user helpdesk requests and escalation when necessary
- Assistance in training users and IT staff
- Stay up-to-date with technological developments and advise the IT team
- Active participation in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits
- Availability for travel to other sites as required.
