Senior IT Engineer – Global Company

You’ll be tasked with the responsibilities of a Senior IT Engineer, providing a catalyst guiding businesses and building solutions to create a more connected future. You’ll be joining a growing team and at the forefront of technology of e-mobility solutions.

Your responsibilities day to day will be…

• Design and implement complex IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, network, security, and cloud-based technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
• Migrate users and services from on-prem to MS365.
• Implement and manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with security and privacy regulations such as Cyber essentials.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of IT projects.
• Provide technical support to end-users, including desktop support, mobile device management, and software installations.
• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows server administration.
• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMWare and Hyper-V.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
