We are currently seeking a Senior ICT Support Analyst to manage and support our clients day-to-day IT Service Delivery, with a focus on workspace solutions and line of business applications. Reporting directly to the ICT Director, as a Senior ICT Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and monitoring our IT systems. Your responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting applications for our users, as well as ensuring optimal service levels through the use of our service desk. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across the business to support the implementation of new ICT systems and processes. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to train and educate end-users, empowering them to maximize the potential of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support day-to-day ICT Service Delivery.
  • Collaborate with IT managed service providers and vendors to resolve incidents and fulfil service requests.
  • Provide support for critical line of business applications, including Acumatica ERP and Siemens Opcenter Advanced Planning and Scheduling.
  • Maintain and develop business intelligence and reporting using Power BI.
  • Support the deployment and development of M365 SharePoint and Teams platforms, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Assist with ICT project activities, ensuring timely progress and stakeholder communication.
  • Contribute to the management and development of in-house bespoke information systems, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of core company systems, driving process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communicate with end users regarding major changes and scheduled system maintenance.
  • Ensure the security of company information systems, both physical and electronic.
  • Provide user training on existing and new software.
  • Support staff in producing information for internal or external reporting.
  • Fulfill any other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • A third level qualification in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in ICT systems and application support.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and their component modules.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, including hardware, software, and cloud platforms.
  • Demonstratable skills and experience in at least one of the following areas: business intelligence/reporting, application/web development, database administration, or MS Power Platform solutions development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working in the manufacturing sector.
  • Experience implementing or supporting an ERP system.
  • ITIL certified.
  • Microsoft certifications in SQL Server or development technologies.
