What will you be doing?

• Provide technical leadership within an Agile team; coaching, mentoring and upskilling developers
• Liaise with Scrum Managers and Product Owners
• Collaborate with Lead Software Developers to help define and build technical capabilities
• Guide the engineering of high-quality software products to support the business

What do you need?

• Experience as a Senior Software Developer/Engineer
• Understanding of a variety of platforms and technologies
• Experience of Cloud Development
• Able to mentor/coach
• Relevant coding experience – preferably Java, C# or Python
