Role:

You will be responsible for playing a key role in the team management of those supporting the project managers in the implementation and day-to-day management of a large scale, complex project. This rapidly growing team is responsible for the development, implementation, and delivery of Regulatory & Compliance contract solutions for our clients. The individual must be driven with extensive PMO and people management experience with a strong sense of delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Strong experience of working on large scale financial transformation projects
• Significant people management experience.
• Experience of holding large scale internal teams to account and driving projects forward
• Very strong commercial awareness, working directly with senior business managers
• Experience of managing demanding senior client stakeholders, with relentless focus on client’s needs and consistently raises the bar on service excellence
• Strong experience of having worked remotely and within client environments
• Designs and performs sophisticated analyses of work output and other client reports
• Superb time management, judgment, decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Creates operating processes to drive efficiency
• Thrives in both individual and collaborative team environments
• Expert high-impact communication and presentation skills
• Formal Project Management Certification, ideally PMP

Salary:

• Significant six figure plus salary on offer
