Responsibilities:
As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be a key contributor to our agile development teams, providing technical leadership and driving engineering excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical leadership within an Agile team by coaching, mentoring, and upskilling developers.
• Collaborating with the Scrum Master and Product Owner to maximize the potential of the development team.
• Collaborating with Lead Software Developers to define and build our technical capabilities.
• Innovating by selecting the best tools and emerging technologies to enhance our software solutions.
• Acting as a role model for best engineering practices across the team.
• Guiding the engineering of high-quality software products that support our clients’ business objectives.

Essential Experience:
To excel in this role, you should have:

• Experience as a Senior Software Developer or Engineer, demonstrating a deep understanding of a variety of technologies and platforms.
• Evidence of delivering high-quality software products and a strong track record of success.
• Direct experience with Cloud Development, utilizing its potential for scalable and robust solutions.
• Relevant coding experience, ideally including .NET/C#.
• Mentoring and/or coaching experience, helping others to grow and develop their technical skills.
• Proficiency in Agile software delivery methodologies, enabling effective collaboration within the team.
