One of Belfast’s premier legal employers is currently recruiting for a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their expanding team.   The Belfast office has been one of the fastest growing offices in the firms network and boasts an impressive quality of work, supporting a range of international clients and ‘household’ names.

You can expect to work shoulder to shoulder with a number of the firm’s partners and in particular, their corporate and commercial teams.  This means that you should ideally have experience of reviewing and analysing commercial contracts and agreements including software licencing, technology and a range of other commercial contracts.

In addition to the above required ‘technical’ skills, you will also be a great team player and be comfortable providing support, supervision and knowledge to less experienced members of the team.

You will be dealing directly with the clients however unlike other, similar roles – this position will not be subject to the pressures of fee earning and billable hours targets.  You can focus on providing a great level of accurate service, support and knowledge.
