Role:
- The design, implementation and roll-out of internal and external reconciliations to support our regulatory reporting obligations and evidence controls
- The design, implementation and roll-out of Management Information and Reporting to support our business and evidence controls & oversight
- The effective and efficient management of Regulatory Reporting investigations to ensure that our regulatory obligations are documented, complete and accurate.
- Ensuring that we undertake any reconciliations necessary to evidence stringent oversight and control of regulatory reporting processes and data
- To take ownership of and provide SME support for relevant projects
- Design and execution of ad hoc MI reports to meet the needs of senior management and service stakeholders
- Highlight and track all technology development requests for process and data accuracy enhancements
- Work to support wider Regulatory reporting team to meet all regulator, audit, and client delivery deadlines
- Partner with function leads on the identification and implementation of automation opportunities to help streamline and simplify processes
- Design, preparation, analysis, and distribution of Operational MI to key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work in the UK
- Knowledge of the financial markets
- Experience of design and execution of reconciliations
- Experience of UAT testing
- Experience of designing and building Management Reports
- A broad base of operations knowledge and experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel experience
