The Abacus Group is currently assisting our large professional services client with the recruitment of a Senior Workflow Coordinator to join their Digital & Marketing Technology team in the Belfast office.

The successful candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for technology, and will be a member of the Digital & Marketing Technology Support team operating from the Shared Support Services Centre. This role is responsible for the effective distribution of work across all team members supporting the Digital & Marketing Technology platforms. The Workflow Coordinator is the primary point of contact for any user service issue and is responsible for ensuring the team delivers high quality and responsive support to our users.

The Role:

  • Assessing and allocating all requests using the department’s Unity workflow tool, directing tasks to the relevant assistants according to skill set and capacity.
  • Managing all incoming requests against available resourcing on shift.
  • Liaising with internal teams, clients and third-party suppliers to facilitate efficient delivery of campaigns and projects.
  • Maintaining a constant dialogue with our internal clients to manage their expectations in relation to their service requests.
  • Acting as main point of contact for the team and providing support on adhoc tasks where appropriate.
  • Delivering a high quality end-user support service, ensuring service issues are escalated to the Marketing Technology Team Lead or Marketing Services Manager as appropriate.
  • Working with suppliers and the wider marketing technology team to ensure any system upgrades and enhancements to our external platforms are tested and implemented to the highest standards.
  • Providing general support and admin tasks as part of the overall support of the organisation.

The Person:

  • Experience of operating in a workflow role.
  • Working knowledge of Sitecore would be advantageous.
  • Excellent analytic skills and a high attention to detail.
  • Responsive, proactive and innovative.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills, written and oral.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office applications, specifically Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
