Responsibilities:
Manages company social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms
Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content by collaborating with our in-house design and digital content teams
Supports the social media manager on planning, implementing, analysing, and reporting audience information and demographics, and success of campaigns
Provides advice, guidance, and support for colleagues and stakeholders to ensure content is optimised for best performance
Using the Firm’s publishing and reporting tool, set up and maintain regular reporting channels for campaigns and provide insight on areas for development and key learnings
Proactively provides insight into trending topics and monitors how competitors are utilising social media to grow their digital footprint
Supporting broader digital channel functions to deliver best-in-class digital experiences
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
Good relevant experience in digital marketing and social media analytics
Proficient in the use of web-based content management systems – Sitecore experience an advantage
Proven experience in digital reporting and analysis
Experience of working in B2B professional services is an advantage
Comfortable working as part of a team based across multiple offices
Experience working within corporate brand guidelines
Knowledge and operational experience of social media platforms, their audiences (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and relevance of each in a business context
Knowledge and experience of bespoke marketing platforms.
Proven experience in executing paid social media campaigns.
Ability to multitask and work well under tight deadlines in a busy environment, responding to requests and project briefs
Strong understanding and experience of omni-channel marketing.
Experience of go-to-market digital-first strategies and tactics.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
