Responsibilities:
- Manage team level escalations and impediments
- Oversee resource allocation and provisioning of access and tools
- Translate business requirements into solutions, suggest alternative technical and business approaches
- Liaise with Product Managers, Scrum Masters and Architects to meet company goals
- Support monitoring and operation of production services
The day to day:
- Work with Scrum Masters and Project Management on prioritisation, planning projects and stakeholder management
- Manage the Engineering Team and oversee resource allocation in line with company work priorities
- Develop effective teams of skilled professionals and coach agile working practices
- Drive team performance through product delivery
What do I need?
- Experience building and leading Agile Engineering Teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to problem solve
- Expertise in mobile and web-technologies
- Capable of building highly scalable production software
