Software Development Manager

Responsibilities: 

• Manage team level escalations and impediments 
• Oversee resource allocation and provisioning of access and tools
• Translate business requirements into solutions, suggest alternative technical and business approaches 
• Liaise with Product Managers, Scrum Masters and Architects to meet company goals
• Support monitoring and operation of production services 

The day to day: 

• Work with Scrum Masters and Project Management on prioritisation, planning projects and stakeholder management
• Manage the Engineering Team and oversee resource allocation in line with company work priorities
• Develop effective teams of skilled professionals and coach agile working practices 
• Drive team performance through product delivery 

What do I need?

• Experience building and leading Agile Engineering Teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to problem solve
• Expertise in mobile and web-technologies
• Capable of building highly scalable production software
