Solicitor – Employers’ Liability, Public Liability & Disease Claims
Belfast, 1–5 Years PQE 

We are working in partnership with a leading law firm to recruit a talented Solicitor to join their highly regarded Defence team in Belfast. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career with a practice recognised for its expertise in defending complex and high-value claims. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, including employers’ liability, public liability, and disease claims. You will be handling and assisting with a varied caseload of pre-litigation and litigated matters, including disputed liability claims. 

You will offer 1–5 years PQE (indicative) with experience in EL/PL or disease claims within Northern Ireland. The firm is keen on a strong communicator with excellent drafting, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Suits someone who is highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise a busy caseload. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor eager to develop their career in defendant litigation with a top-tier firm.
