Solicitor, Casualty Fraud NQ – Jnr PQE

Litigation Solicitor, NQ or up to 4 Yr PQE

Abacus is working with a well-regarded law firm in Belfast that is looking to add a solicitor to their excellent team. This position offers the chance to gain exposure to complex and challenging work while building expertise in an increasingly important area of litigation.

The role involves:

• Managing a caseload of litigated claims across County Court and High Court.
• Handling a variety of matters including motor, credit hire, and casualty fraud.
• Representing clients at hearings.
• Acting as a reliable point of contact for leading insurer clients, providing clear and confident advice.
• Contributing to team initiatives such as training, business development and events.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Qualified Solicitor, up to 4 years PQE but exceptional NQ with right potential and attitude will be considered.
• Background in litigation – fraud experience is beneficial.
• Knowledge of motor and credit hire claims is an advantageous.
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
• Capable of working independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
• Commercially aware, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
