Our Client

Our client is a global law firm, with a market leading Regulatory Team, specialising in Safety, Health and Environment work.

The firm deals with all aspects of advice and defence, including advising insurers’, policyholders, and corporate clients in relation to investigations and prosecutions by a wide range of regulators including the Police, Health and Safety Executive, Environment Agency, and Local Authorities.

The Role

This role is ideally suited to a Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE, with experience gained within a criminal, regulatory and/or commercially focused role.

You will be required to undertake a varied case load encompassing a range of contentious and non-contentious regulatory issues for a variety of clients. It would therefore be beneficial to have experience of advising on regulatory work, including – health and safety incident investigations, interviews under caution, prosecutions, environmental breaches, breaches of trading standards, food law and/or fire safety.
