Systems Analyst – 3rd Line Support

Systems Analyst needed to join a growing IT Infrastructure team for a global law firm, with an established presence in Belfast.

This role will be suitable for someone with strong organisational skills and a proven track record in a challenging support department, as you will be responsible for providing 3rd line support and maintenance in several key areas.

Day to day you will help support and maintain the following areas:

–        Core IT on premise infrastructure including server hardware, virtualisation, storage platforms;

–        Server operating systems and supporting technologies, including server builds, build automation, capacity management and systems monitoring and alerting;

–        Support and maintenance of public cloud environment.

Key skills:

–        Window Servers – essential

–        Linux Servers – desirable

–        Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WINS, DFS-N/R – essential

–        VMWare – essential

–        M365 products – essential

–        Citrix – desirable

–        Azure fundamentals certification – essential

–        ITIL framework experience – desirable

This role is suited to someone with 4 years’ experience, with at least 1-2 years of this being in a busy 3^rd line support role.
