A well established NI accountancy firm are actively growing their private client tax team in Belfast. As a manager you will play an important role in both compliance and advisory along with building relationships with current and new clients. This mid-tier accountancy firm offers tremendous progression routes alongside a great salary and benefits package.

Great opportunity for someone looking to transition from a smaller accountancy firm to a larger organisation and benefit from the progression routes available. Or similarly transition from Big4 into a slightly smaller organisation with a developed portfolio.

Incentives:

• £50k – £55k salary
• Annual bonus
• Hybrid working and flexi-time
• 23 days leave, plus stats
• 5% pension

Responsibilities:

• Main POC for a portfolio of clients
• Review client tax deliverables
• Advise clients on personal tax matters
• Oversee a small private client tax team
• Ensure projects are delivered on time
• Build realtionships and rapport with new and existing clients
• Ad-hoc projects 

Who We Are Looking For:

• Qualified Accountant or CTA 
• Private client tax experience
• Manager experience
