Do you have strong Administration experience?

Are you an excellent communicator both verbally and written?

Do you have a good eye for detail?

The Team Administration professional has responsibilities in 2 key areas covering the legal team;

1 Administrative support for the executive and team in relation to:

Diary management (scheduling meetings and team events)

Expenses (submitting expense reports and storing receipts etc as needed)

Travel (bookings, itineraries preparation etc)

Billing (extracting information from Departmental reports and collating to tailored local reports monthly)

Matter opening (completing internal documentation in line with team protocols)

Document preparation (typically spreadsheets and very occasionally Word documents)

Miscellaneous administrative work (eg meeting room prep/organizing training sessions/filing/team communications/professional body liaison etc);

2 Information and Document Management

Collating, cataloguing, and retrieving information and documentation in relation to regulatory filings

Drafting regulatory documentation

Cataloguing and managing legal advice and guidance in relation to key initiatives (eg managing library of guidance for Marketing/Sales teams)

This individual will need to work independently, completing many tasks within tight timelines. Key skills to include very strong organizational skills, comfort handling company and product information accurately, attention to detail, excellent customer service, a good knowledge of organizational operations, procedures, and personnel policies.

S/he should be someone who is eager and willing to learn, can take on new challenges and tasks, is proactive, and is comfortable meeting deadlines and moving quickly.

Qualifications:

Proficient in technologies such as MS Office, telephones, web conferencing

BS/BA degree preferred

Ability to interact with senior executives in a highly professional and credible manner

Ability to multitask and be highly organized
